Aerospace Concepts joins the International Astronautical Federation

As part of a broader effort to increase Australian participation in the International Astronautical Federation, Aerospace Concepts applied this year to become a member organisation.

The application was accepted and Aerospace Concepts was inducted during the opening General Assembly of the Federation on the first day of the conference. Aerospace Concepts was presented with an official membership certificate, and a commemorative flag which was flown in space for 444 days on every manned space vehicle available at the time – the Space Shuttle, International Space Station, Soyuz, Tiangong-1 and Shenzhou-9.
